    All the 30x30 plots are taken as of now. I can always let you know when (if) one become available, but for now it'll have to be plot 34 unless something else catches your eye. I do have a few pre-builds:
    Plot 32 (20x20) - $3,500 (small vault included)
    Plot 23 (10x10) - $3,000 (vault included)
    Plot 21 (15x15) - $3,500 (large 2 story house with no vault, but one can be added for free)

    I put a sign up with my payment for 34. Its in my town Ravens_ghyll, the portal is 6th floor, Quartz, Iron. It is in the doors.

    Sorry haha! It's Yoshinigami_! My screen is 75% broken on my laptop so it's hard to see, my apologies. It actually died completely today so I have an appointment with Apple at 3:30 tomorrow to get my battery and screen fixed so I will see you in game sometime tomorrow night or after :)

    Also for you saying this "5. Free use of my features such as:
    Teleport, Fly, Water/Water+, Pyro/Pyro+, ExtCommands+, ExtCreations+, Investigator, Unlimited LWCs, Etc..." What exactly are the rules on that? I'm new to the server and am not sure if this means I get use of it 24/7 or only in the city. Sorry could you explain exactly what it is? Like am I able to use the features outside the city or at any time?

    Those are the features I have. I need to be on to be able to do them for you.
    Normally I charge money to tp people somewhere, or to repair their tools/armor, or to smelt some ores for them. However, if you are a member of my town, it's free for you. All you have to do is shoot me a message and I'll come do it (again I'll need to be on of course). It's not limited to just in my town, but you must be a member of my town to get free use of my features.
