Makes sense, but I would suggest raising the amount of profit people get. For example, if you complete a $50k job, then share holders only get $50 per share, which I find not worth investing. Just a tip, its up to you.
Not possible to raise the amount of profit people get, they get all the profit that the company makes. People don't always buy stocks for dividends, most of the time its just for value. Like for example someone would buy at 1k each and sell at the current price 1050 they made a profit but its small(current price is 1050 it rises up a bit every once and awhile)

I haven't really quit I am just on way less than usual, I tried hiring people to run it for me, however shutting this down is just better. Plus I have the Foix exchange to work on.
