Give ECC Sponsors Sticky Automatically​

What are you suggesting:

That ECC Sponsors get the Sticky post automatically, and that the photo ID requirement be only for the "insurance" concept.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

The Sticky post is very useful. The insurance thing isn't, at least for me. And I have a strong preference not to provide personally identifying information on the Internet in any context -- even to a person or entity which I trust, like ECC and Andrew. So this is a totally self-interested suggestion. I would like to have the Sticky, without the need to provide more private information to the server than I already have.​

This would not impact many people, I would imagine.​
