The add-on has no way to allow users to adjust the size themselves, and we don't currently have a xenforo developer on ECC, nor will we have one to be honest. I have however inquired with the developer as to how to go about making the chat box a little taller. If possible I will make it slightly bigger. I'll mark this as accepted since I'm going to be making it taller (if possible).
EDIT: Oh wait your suggestion is already possible: You must of course have forum premium to change settings.
