This is going to be used and abused to troll the royal shit out of genuine posts (emotional ones, genuine bugs, issues, ban appeals, staff applications, etc.) I understand this is already possible with other ratings, however as a forum owner, I've seen far more often than not, a "laughing" rating go to shit flooding staff with complaints left and right. Not gonna happen guys. I'm actually removing the omgwow rating, kinda useless. Adding a happy one instead, so the sad one has a friend.
