The town of Waterfront is a simple and peaceful town to live in. One that is perfect for starting out in ECC. This lag-free town comes with tons of plots that are available to purchase.

This town is meant purely for inhabiting.
We do not boast huge farms, rather huge communities.
We made the town with these intentions, and they will stay that way.

Shop plot = $1250
Mall shop plot = $1500
Apartment = $600 + $75 every floor ascension
10x10 = $1000 {recommended} ($750 w/ discount if you qualify)
11x10 = $1075 (Odd-end plot)
15x15 = $1600
20x20 = $2300
22x15 = $2150
30x30 = $3500

We are striving to make Waterfront meet every expectation and provide benefits to its citizens.
Doing so will require a list of things that need to be built/dealt with. There is more info after the list.

What is a plot starter kit?
A plot starter kit is a list of items given to a person when they purchase a plot.
This is very helpful for people who are new to the server who don't have many belongings.
The kit includes:
1 furnace
10 baked potatoes
Iron pickaxe
Iron shovel​
