You can not expand any town farms, but you may have a farm in your plot as long as it still stays within the plot allowance. A perm is short for permission, in this situation perm means permissions to build. I do sell perms to a multi farm next door. It is not finished yet, but I'm selling early perms for 5k, price eventually might be about 10k. I hope I answered your questions @DelicousFudge
Happy Wednesday Everyone, I have gotten my solid internet connection and you will be seeing me around a lot more. @ImaginexMakers is away until Saturday, but @magicwalrus14 and I will be around the town to help you out. The 200x200 farm next door is coming along well and I am selling advanced perms to it right now for 5k. it will be a 200x200 for each crop, and has a floor for afking and fishing tables. The price will continue to go up as our wonderful construction team gets more done there. If you would like to work for perms, or perhaps for money, let me know and I will get you working over there. Jobs to be done there include placing dirt, walls, floors, and planting crops. Also we are looking for donations of any seeds, or plants of any kind. Monetary donations are also graciously accepted. You may have noticed that there is a white path leading to a large arch, have no fear, this is just another step towards having IceTopia up and running. That town will eventually house one of the best amusement parks in all of ECC, including PVP, horse racing, parkour, mazes, roller coasters, golf, and more! We are also looking for donations for that, as it will cost a lot of money. We have had a couple members leave of recently, but they left behind beautiful houses, and these are now for sale along with many other wonderful prebuilts. We have 4 chests now in the town hall where you can grab some free stuff and where better off players can leave stuff. I always try to make sure it's got plenty of tools and building materials in it. Our rules board was removed by me, and now all players accepting rules will post a reply on this thread, this is only to ensure that we know when you joined, and that all staff of the town know who you are. If there is any difficulties with this new system we may go back to the rules board in the town hall. It's a sad time today, I have noticed we have 2 inactives in the town. They've been gone for 9 days. I usually remove people at the 7 day mark, but I would just like to see you both on. @Resky4 and @Humungodude please log onto ECC or post here using the format found in the rules on the main page about why you have been gone and when you will be back. Thanks, and I hope to see you both soon. We have just gotten a warp for IceTopia for all of you that have the TP command. This is my second town, the one with the colorful floor. If enough of you want a warp for watercraft, please let me know! I'm not sure who has TP and who doesn't, but let me know if you would like the warp. It costs 40k so donations are always good too! The price of perms has gone up to 6k now for Magic_farm, and the price will continue to raise as time goes on. Get your perms now!
