Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend, it's cold and rainy outside today, so I'll be online a lot today hopefully.

I have a very important announcement to make. We are opening Town Assistant applications, and I would love for everyone to apply. The reason for looking for a Town Assistant is because @ImaginexMakers will no longer be our Town Assistant. The application can be found below.

I also have another extremely important announcement to make. I have decided to promote @ImaginexMakers to Co-Mayor of WaterCraft. This means that she has the authority to ask users to leave the town, as well as sell plots. She can enforce rules and give whatever punishment she sees fit for rule breaking. This also means she will be helping users out and giving people tours, although she doesn't always have to. Go easy on her as she is new. CONGRATS ImaginexMakers!

You notice the the town fountain is missing the expensive blocks (again) and you are pretty sure you know who did it. What would you do?
As a town assistant you are trusted with the owner permissions meaning you can add or remove permissions. We ask that you only add permissions to those that agree to rules and buy a plot and remove perms ONLY when rules are being broken. You may not do LWC removals unless you have cleared it with Inamine first. When you sell plots you give half of the money you make to Inamine and keep the other half. You will have authority over the members of the town but abuse of this authority will result in you losing the permissions. Do you understand and agree to these rules?

Town Assistant Applications are closed, nobody applied, and nobody will be hired. I will be opening them again when I see fit. Also I'm going to be away for a little while. I won't have internet, but if you need something, I'm sure @ImaginexMakers will assist you!

Also, once I get back I will be doing MAJOR modifications to the town. Nobody will be removed or inconvenienced too much, and these changes will soon benefit everyone, but I can't tell you what it is, it will be a surprise!

Holding a SALE on PRE-BUILTS!

We have many abandoned homes that are beautiful in Watercraft, and I would love to have some residents in those homes.
Perks of a pre-built:

• Your house is already made and ready for your arrival
• You still have access to all the features in the town
• You can make any modifications to the house that you want, you can even tear it down if you want to
• You get to have a beautiful home for only a bit more than the plot price!

We have a variaty of pre-builts at the moment, most of which are sized at 10x10, the regular price of a 10x10 in Watercraft is 1k. I'm selling these pre-builts for 1.2k! That means that the house, and the blocks making it are all yours! Even if the blocks making the house are worth more than the extra $200, its still 1.2k! For the larger houses we currently have a 20x20 that used to be my home that I am selling for 6k, a mansion with a creeper face on the top that is sized above 20x20 and have around 4 floors for only 7k and its ready to have a cocoa farm inside, and I'm selling a collection of houses that are all connected that were built by Dreakus1886 for 13k. This includes a 20x20 house with a cafe underneath and a wonderful 2nd floor, as well as 2 10x10s that are connected by a bridge. All three houses, connected by bridges, only 13k!

There are other pre-builts in the town, so if you would like to come take a look, we have a portal on the 4th floor, redstone section, you can also pm me and I can tp you to the town and show you around!

Thanks alpacahearder. Just a reminder that you can use any farms around the town, as long as you replant. Also feel free to renovate that home in any way. if you want a fire place on the main floor, I could set it up for you.
