    Well, theoretically we could already run it as a WIP, did the same with PivilleBerlin and PivilleRome. :D
    Also, I am thinking about some kind of an open market with stalls. Will work on that now. :D

    I would like it at least 80-90% finished before we open it. I am going to make a town thread now, so I will decide then. I am still uncertain about an outdoor mall, I will have to see what it is like (Could you do it in singleplayer so if I dont like it it isn't in the town and you have to destroy it.). If I don't like it I will look on YouTube or google for some designs.

    Market stalls organised somewhere in the town centre, 100x200 might be a little big. :)

    No offence here, but I would like an indoor mall, maybe smaller than the size stated I dont know. Although I am now certain I want it indoor if you could design a small building and one stall inside just to see?

    I am fine with the river continuing

    I will try, but I am currently working on the general design of a clock tower...maybe it could be combined with the mall? (The mall being behind it, the tower forming an entrance)

    I would like to note that I am quite interested in undertaking this project, however, co-mayor of the town + permanent shop area as well as an office in the mall would be to my liking as if there is no pay for the project, labor + supply + quality would be compensated with what I am asking.

    Hi @MCHelix3000, if you were to design the mall and it was the winning design I, unfortunatly would not be able to add you as co-mayor of the town, but I could offer somewhere in the region of 10k payment, plus a free shop for life. When you say you want an office in the mall, what exactly do you mean, as in what for and what would be in there?

    I will be changing the prize to reflect this.

    Btw, the tower is starting to look very nice...aside from the face that a clock won't fit in there. :cry:

    EDIT: Need to restart...the tower looks like a medieval skyscraper. :p

    Ok when I do post my design, If u want to use it I have three conditions, and I am willing to take $5,000 less on the prize for them:
    1. I want to be able to retain the single player map, I won't redistribute it, I just want to have the copy
    2. I want a sign somewhere saying the building was designed by legoking236, it doesn't matter where just a single wood sign somewhere
    3. I don't want to have to build it. I built it once on single player, I don't want to build the whole thing a second time.

    Hi @legoking236. Your conditions all seem reasonable.
    I don't mind if you keep the singleplayer world, after all it is your design. You will most certainly get a sign saying you built it. Finally, I will build it, I just need sizes, materials used etc for me being able to build it. Good Luck

    It's gonna expand outward a bit more, and it will probably be 2 or 3 stories, feedback? I completely understand if this is not even remotely close to what you are looking for.

    I think it was around 64 across, at the moment but by the end it will be at or close to 100x100 Are these shop sizes okay:
    9x12
    10x15
    29x14 (only 3 of these, sort of like anchor stores but a but different)
