Hello ECC I am wanting to set up a new business in the field of mining. Basically we will hire miners who go out and mine with silk touch picks and we buy all their ores. Now I would do this myself but it needs about 100k worth of capital to get started.

The partner or partners will hold a total 40% equity stake

So within two weeks 100k total must be paid between all partners.
