Eviction Rules in Awesometopia:
All apartments are owned for good unless you fail to login and lose your permissions from the annual server clean up.

If you own a penthouse suite, you have 28 days of inactivity before I consider evicting you from your home. You can look up my history, I'm not one to file for many LWC removals unless I have a reason.

Building 1
This building is situated on a 20x20 lot.
Apartments are only $1000 each and floors 2 through 10 are available
Penthouse asking is $6500

Building 2
This glass building with coal block columns is 22x16. There are 13 floors available and the penthouse has not been claimed. This penthouse comes with access to the roof to deisgn it however you please, however the roof access must remain open to the public.

Apartments are $1500 each

Building 3
The newest building in town, a quartz and clay hybrid. Its a 25x22 building with 7 blocks between floors for extra height. All apartments come with a balcony outside as well.

Apartments are $4000 each and 9 are for sale.
The beautiful Penthouse is going for $15 000
