Your not offering enough. 1.3m total would be close to the minimum I'd guess

 

Maybe more due to you being a member for less then a month

 

I'm not selling just offering advice. All I'm saying is if be surprised if anyone sold for 1.1m upfront (which your not even offering). To my knowledge 1.3mil is the upfront value. I may be wrong and the market changes but this is what I've seen in game and in contracts section lately

 

1.1 mil is average selling point for upfront so.. why would someone sell you a eff7 with the same total and need to wait on there money with a risk of you not paying.

 

first I don't want to sell on a payment plan
second If there is a line up of people for a eff7 at 1.1 mil no one would sell a eff7 at 1.1 mil they would sell it higher due to the demand.
This is the way star tools have been since I have been on the sever the supply/demand goes up and down all the time.
Also I and most people would rather try to sell a eff7 over the 2 weeks risk free then sell on a payment plan for the same amount but have the risk of you not paying.
