Ok, so the plot would normally be 25k, but since you are having me build a house on it, I can do it for 15k plus the price of the house. How big do you want the house? If you tell me that, I can give you an estimate. Thanks!

I was thinking 15k for house and 15k for plot for a total of 30k, but I'm negotiable on price, so we can go back and forth on price in game and maybe get a deal done :D

Ok, so I figured that I could build your mansion around 40 wide, 20-25 deep, and 20-25 high, with 2 or 3 floors. It would be almost identical to the picture, just a little smaller. I would build it out of wool, just like the one in the pic. I was thinking 30k for your plot, your mansion, lil's plot and house, and access to the farm. I would pay for supplies, and build it all, with maybe a little help with a few minor tasks. If you wanted, I could furnish the inside, with beds, chairs, chests, furnaces, or whatever you wanted. Let me know if you want anything changed (color or materials) from what the picture shows.

I would like to have you put down a 10k deposit at the beginning, 10k when I'm half done, and the last 10k when it's completed. Would that be ok with you?

I'll probably build him a house out of cobble and wood with stairs for a roof, like in a NPC village. Or I can build it out of wool.
