Maybe add something American Football related in the background. It'd also be really cool if you could do some of the text in a style similar to the Chargers' logo (http://content.sportslogos.net/logos/7/164/full/928mld6icpgemhb6lkjmkgnl8.gif), especially for my in-game name. Lightning bolts somewhere in there would be cool also.

*Edit* If there's anything you could do with the avatar itself, maybe have it holding a diamond sword or something. It would be hilarious if he was stabbing a player with a Denver Broncos skin XD i.e. http://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/5491968/peyton-manning/ but if that takes up too much room or looks weird, don't worry about that.
