Suggestion:I think there should be a command to see when you can next vote.

Reason:So I was on ECC when the $100 a ticket lotto was happening and I wanted to vote so I could put some tickets in to that.

Any Other Information: I know there is the voting reminders but I want this so you can see how long until you can vote.
