I 100% agree with Grahmster00, we shouldnt be constanly reminded to vote. Sure maybe a few times per day or something, but every minute is too much. Everyone who is a resident has definalty learned by now that you can vote for the server. So if the want to vote they know where to do it. And if the dont know where/how to, thats why we have such a good community here. So others can help them find where to vote, we shouldnt be forced to vote/required to vote. A little reminder here and their are fine but every minute is too much (is that a good enough suggestion @ jetscat? )... Plus andrew you shouldnt have taken it so personal to in a sense threaten Grahmster00 by saying you wont do his apps. Sure i may have taken this the wrong way but on vent and in game doesnt seem like im the only one. I think you crossed the line a bit here. I love the server and i do vote when im on the forums and its their. But not because of the stupid vote reminder, if anything its made me vote less. I understand that you control this and what not, but I hope you take into consideration and not just blow it off every time this comes up.
Jetscat was it necessary to lock it and not just move it?..

Actually Cyerye is right because of vote reminders I have also voted less. I just say that vote reminders should be taken off and didn't it say that if you were a donor that you would not be bothered by server in-game messages?

And even if it will stay, it's a bit glitchy.. After I vote I still get the message. And I vote as soon as it says it just so it will go away.

I don't think it is to much to ask to have them turned off for donators. I mean come on I have given 25 dollars (soon to be 35) to the server. I think I can be trusted to vote for it without being spammed :/

I would also like to.. not see... the vote reminders so much.. Or, at least, cut it to be really, really small, and not take a giant chunk of the already small chat window. :/ And having it properly turn off after voting would be nice, too. I am not sure what the time between reminders is, but that could also just be bumped up to a an hour+, and every time you log in.

I have been voting, however, I too feel less inclined to do so less often because of the reminders. These messages give me the impression that ECC is forcibly trying to buy my votes for very little return. 1.25k and 20 porkchops is NOTHING in the grand scheme of things with the server.

20 porkchops can last you all day, unless you take damage a lot, like in PvP, and that opens the market for other foods: cooked fish, baked potatoes, cookies, bread, melon slices, etc.
And the ECD, now down to $1000 for all five notes, is still free money.
I enjoy the vote reminders, since that helps keep me on a voting schedule of every 24 hours. There are rewards for this at the end of each month, and out of the 4 months I've been on the server, I've been lucky enough to win twice.
Yet, for those that it is glitchy for (and that issue is being worked on), or those who stubbornly refuse to vote, perhaps every 10-15 minutes would be a better option for the reminders.
