Hmm, I'm not sure I want to fill any contracts for that Volt... Not that I'm not going to do my job or that I don't trust you, but I can't lose my town or pledge it away for the rest of time.
Hmm...I may reconsider the whole confiscation of towns thing. I'm thinking it may not be effective...
And it'll probably scare people off, like me. I find that most of the time people don't break rules in corporations or cool things like this.
Needs to be taller... And, it's really, really, really (insert more "really's" here) bland. I like how you make all that design with only cobble blocks though
The difficulty with cobblestone is that it is essential for medieval and rustic designs, which is the main type of architecture I want the City of Volticade to be based on, but it is difficult to make cobblestone look good, because cobblestone buildings tend to be large cuboid chunks of hollow cobblestone blocks, and nothing more. A certain degree of creativity is required to make cobblestone work in a building. In response to the blandness critique, this is not exactly a colourful kind of architecture. If blandness is really a problem, I can always add mossy cobble. I think it's tall enough, I don't want the wall to dominate, only to compliment the city and surrounding townlands.
Yeah I know cobble is tricky and ect. But making something out of one entire block is still bland. Even solid diamond block towers would look bland. Even solid wood, even solid anything. You did a nice job, but there's only so much you can do with a single block. And this is the capital of Volticade right? The reigning Kingdom of ECC. The envy of the modern world. The Prince himself resides there. These towers should be a symbol of power, not for pretty gardens
I'm unsure what I could mix into it as well as cobblestone and still preserve the architectural style. Yes, this is the capital, and it's a principality, not a kingdom
No, everything I'm going to reign over is going to be an empire. There's no king, therefore it's not a kingdom.
I have become a Mayor! Construction of the Volticade Walls will begin as soon as possible, all support is appreciated!
