Terms of the contract:

• @Eldruin will agree to not take any payments from @Tikireaper13 and both parties agree that the contract https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-sale-of-god-melon-sword.204707/ will now be considered VOIDED and no longer taking place.
• @Tikireaper13 will leave the Msword ID #KGOR05VY in the chest located at /warp konoha -76 72 -1794 and not remove it or use it in any way.
• If @Tikireaper13 removes the sword from the time this contract is written or onwards @Tikireaper13 will continue payments and the previous contract will be considered back in effect.
• @Eldruin will remove the sword from the chest within 24 hours of contract approval and @Tikireaper13 will no longer have access to the sword.
