Return hoppers to vanilla speeds​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that since we now have a plugin to destroy clocks, can we have the hoppers transfer rate set back to vanilla speeds on vmr?​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Well, VMR is suppose to be vanilla, but I do understand the lag issues a clock could potentially do to a server if used in a bad way or massively. But since the clock plugin destroys crappy clocks and the hopper slowdown if I recall was to slow clocks down, I think this limit needs to be removed.​
