Change VMR chat colour​

What are you suggesting:

Change the VMR chat colour from yellow to something else, perhaps &b which is light blue. Currently that's the code for auction, which we can't see in VMR so it wouldn't confuse any chats. Local is yellow server wide, so I think that should stay the same.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Right now the color is the same as local, which is a little annoying and can sometimes lead to people accidentally saying things in VMR they didn't mean to thinking they are in local chat.​
