Oh ok, I assumed it was suppose to actually stack which is why I thought it was not working. My bad, thanks for checking into it.

They stack on spawn.
The difference you are seeing is due to them spawning far away, and then floating in via water.
If this ever becomes too much on our performance, we will run a forcestack every so often.
A timed forcestack is currently disabled however as it would mess with certain aspects of VMR.-

Ok that makes more sense, I was just confused since I saw everything else stacking and was thinking it was just not working with enderman. Thanks for clarifying. Just didnt want to ruin VMR over massive enderman lol
