If you wonder were ive been for the past week?... ... This is my verizon story... On Sunday october first our wireless internet router decided to die. Verizon said it would be fixed by wendsday. Nobody shows up on wendsday. The next day my mother gets a call in the middle of our Rosh Hashanah services saying were are you your door is locked theres no cars here. My mom explains to the person why were not there. "Oh" is his answer. My mom says can you come back in a few hours? "No thats against my contract." Yesterday. The verizon guy comes the next day. We spend 6 hours without TV or Internet. (turns out our fios needed to be updated) When its fixed the tv works fine. But theres something wrong? The Router doesnt work... It turns on internet for like 5 minutes. and then shuts off. My family is like "Screw it" So as a group effort we fixed the router within a few hours!!! Something Verizon wasn't able to do in 3 days... Meanwhile ive been playing civilization 5...
