Obblebobble: Why is the vault of ECC so great?
TaylorBros22: Perhaps the best reason is because it's run by 3 great people who are just awesome and love helping the community. Also, the services you provide are very good and very professional.
Obblebobble: Seriously though, what made you want to be interviewed?
TaylorBros22: I suppose I like talking about ECC and I want to share my views with everyone!
Obblebobble: How did you find ECC?
TaylorBros22: I believe I found ECC about 3 years ago when I was searching online for a 'cool minecraft server'. ECC came up and I was hooked.
Obblebobble: Would you ever quit ECC?
I would only ever quit ECC if something really serious happened to do with me, however that is unlikely.
Obblebobble: How do you feel about leaving the staff team?
TaylorBros22: I do feel a bit sad leaving, but it was the right time to leave for me. I miss being in red, but I can still help the community without the stress of getting your hours in, and doing enough forums work.
Obblebobble: Why did you leave?
TaylorBros22: Well, I felt I no longer fitted in with the staff team, and that I was no longer moderating effectively. Along with the fact my free time has decreased greatly.
Obblebobble: If you could change one thing about the community, what would it be?
TaylorBros22: I think I would change the amount of trolling that goes on. If that decreases then general gameplay becomes a lot better.
Obblebobble: If you could create anything on ECC what would it be?
TaylorBros22: I would create a massive mall. I would then rent out stores at a low price whilst still getting profit. I'd really like to operate a mall!
Obblebobble: What keeps you motivated to play ECC?
TaylorBros22: I think it is the fact I really want to get Tycoon, and the prospect of possibly creating a mall.
Obblebobble: What do you think are the most important attributes of successful people? How do you rate yourself in those areas?
TaylorBros22: I think you need to be patient, determined and you need to know when to have fun and when to be serious. I think I am relatively patient, I'm certainly determined and I think I could possiboy be a little more fun at times.

Interview with @7amoodw (Voice + text) - for those wondering why I interviewed him without putting him on the poll it's because I originally planned to interview him alongside bash as one of the originals. I apologise for my lack of energy in these interviews as I usually have to do them at night when I'm tired and people are sleeping.

eekelmo: alright so I've got 7am here for an interview.
7amoodw: Hello
eekelmo: So 7am is a staff member, EcoMaster, Team Rheas and all that, so I'll just be asking him some questions.
Alright, so 7am how did you find ECC?
7amoodw: Well one day I was searching for minecraft servers because at the beginning I played singleplayer for like a month and I liked it and I bought the actual game. Yes I played on the cracked version, and then I went on our vote 2 site and it had ECC up there, so I went on it and finally found a tutorial that made sense then I introduced shadow and my IRL friend and we had fun there.
eekelmo: Yeah that's really cool, so what do you think of the state of the PvP world at the moment?
7amoodw: Dead. Not a lot of people PvP, SG is a thing, but PvP fell apart a lot in the past couple of years.
eekelmo: Do you think that's because SG is considered to be much better or is there another reason for PvP being dead?
7amoodw: Maybe mcmmo? Like mcmmo, there's a lot of difference between a new and old player, and like I the addition of minigames such as SG or kit-pvp.
eekelmo: And also I guess there's an element of risk in PvP, but in SG there's no risk.
So if you could change one thing about the server what would it be?
7amoodw: Uh, one thing? Like go back in time and change it or?
eekelmo: Well you could add something, modify a previous change or completely remove something from the server basically.
7amoodw: I'd probably just remove the whole ++ kits, maybe even + kits, just leave kits as 30 minutes. Because ++ kits, well you can't do this anymore but if I could go back in time and do that, I'd probably even add kit-pvp. Even though people meme about it and say SG is kit-pvp, like add an actual one where everyone has the same kit.
eekelmo: That's a pretty good answer, so you've been part of Team Rheas for quite a while now, how is it different today to how it was when you first joined?
7amoodw: Well for starters there's no Rheasmom or emongolab at the moment, back then we were like more closed. We didn't really open up with community members, we did things together. But now we actually speak with others and we even have newer members added to the team roster like in August I think 2015 we added dccciz, matrix, xx3, phantomine, it's been fun with them. I consider them my family and I appreciate every single moment I have with them.
eekelmo: That's pretty special
So what made you apply for staff most recently?
7amoodw: Well in doing my long break from staff I witnessed things on the other side I say, on the user side. I even hanged out with a lot of people and I agreed with what they said about fixing stuff. I'm trying to help out the community here by doing things they wanted to be done, but at the same time maintaining an aspect where the staff team still remains the staff team, they have the law and everything. But at the same time it's not as strict, they can communicate with users and help them out and overall have fun with them while maintaining the aspect of being a staff member.
eekelmo: Yeah I can absolutely relate to that.
So what would you say is the best about ECC when you first started?
7amoodw: Err, very friendly community, without that I wouldn't have stayed. They helped me out a lot and assisted me and were overall very friendly back then, I mean it's still friendly but you cannot really compare it to back then. Back then it was super friendly, everyone was helping, everyone was cheerful and that was what pushed me to say on the server.
eekelmo: I agree, community is a massive thing on this server.
So do you have any advice for people wanting to join staff?
7amoodw: Well first of all you've gotta know what you're doing I dont expect you to know everything, but at least have a solid idea. Second of all be yourself, unless you're a troll obviously don't troll, because everyone should not be pretending to be someone they're not.
eekelmo: I completely agree with that.
So why is the Vault of ECC so great?
7amoodw: Vault of ECC? Never heard of them.
eekelmo: Savage.
So um what are your goals at the moment on the server?
7amoodw: Pay off my debt which is not that big and then help out the community and build up a great relationship between me and the community members even the newer members that really are shy. I've seen a couple of new faces that are talking in chat and building up a relationsihp with them would be great and overall just enjoying my time on the server with everyone
eekelmo: Yeah regarding the new users I think that's a really good thing and I've also noticed this.
Do you think you go on the forums or in game more?
7amoodw: When I'm in game I'm on the forums as well, and when I'm not in game I'm sometimes on the forums, so I'd go for the forums.
eekelmo: Yeah, pretty easy to waste a lot of time on them.

7amoodw: Yeah especially when I sleep I can like catch up.

eekelmo: How did you find ECC?
314: A game I previously played shut down in November 2013, one of the players I knew from there then told me about ECC in a discussion about my thoughts of an economy inside Minecraft. He told me that a server has successfully done that - I liked the idea and thus joined ECC.
eekelmo: What made you choose '314' as your username?
314: Pi.
To be exact, it was the thought of using Pi as a username and the lack of a decimal separator in names. I like to use Pi's digits as usernames - I was happy when I saw that the shortest recognizable name was not taken yet. (Sometimes I need seven or eight character names because shorter ones are already taken.)
eekelmo: Where are you from?
314: Third rock from sol (i.e. earth), Europe, Germany.
eekelmo: What are some notable moments you have on ECC and from real life?
314: I hate questions of that kind because it is so difficult to decide which ones are notable.
I would say that finding ECC was a rather notable moment.
Also, becoming a staff member was a very notable ECC moment for me because it has affected roughly half of my time on ECC so far.
eekelmo: Why do you relentlessly make Pi puns?
314: I don't make Pi puns, you're being irrational here.
...sorry, I'll show myself out.
Seriously, I simply like Pi. It is nice. It is irrational. And it is half as big as Tau. I have absolutely no idea when I started my fondness for Pi, but it is lasting to date.
eekelmo: Why is the Vault of ECC so great?
314: Subjective observations show that it is great because it is successful and it is successful because the business secret has not been leaked to me yet.
eekelmo: Do you have any advice to users that want to join the staff team?
314: I will try to keep it relatively condensed... "be dedicated to helping the community in as many ways as possible."
eekelmo: If you could change one thing about the staff team what would it be?
314: Maybe exactly what I am trying to change about myself - I know that I occasionally miss some things in chat and I am trying to fix that.
eekelmo: If you could change one thing about the server what would it be?
314: The amount of users filing forum apps of any kind. We (i.e., I) need more of them! \o/
eekelmo: How are you liking your position as a Game admin?
314: "Greatly."
The 'Thank you' when helping users is what makes it great.
eekelmo: What goals do you have at the moment?
314: Finishing Piville.
I jest, Piville will never feel completely finished, even if I manage to complete everything I can think of. Let's say working on Piville is my current goal.
eekelmo: Do you feel threatened by the new user '265'?
314: I heard he is trying to break 314's records of having the shortest username and being the first on alphanumerical lists. However, I am not feeling threatened as long as I am the only username associated with Pi.
*Stares at 3point*
eekelmo: If you could describe yourself in 3 words (Not irrational ;-; ) or less what would you choose?
314: "Refuses to comply with given limits."
eekelmo: Why did you want to be interviewed?
314: I like answering such questions because I usually spend a lot of time answering them. Approaching different questions about the same topics is a nice way to look at everything from multiple angles.
eekelmo: Anything else to add?
