Other info: I have a low income, so it will probably take a while (I will be paying 2%, so 3.5k a day). I cannot say I have been on extremely long (only two months) but lots of people have done deals with me, and I have never been banned, reported, or even warned for anything. I have a clean record.

 

The 2% is actually interest. So you have to pay back $175,000 + $3,500 per day that it takes to pay it back. There's also 5% initial interest no matter the days of 5% ($8,750). Just wondering if you can actually afford this, $175,000 is a big amount to loan. I'm just unsure about it currently.

 

Hmmm... I see. I was looking for a long term loan.
The reason is because the owner of the town I co-own became less and less active, and bought a feature from David for 300k. If he doesn't pay it back, the towns that I co-own would go to David. I've pretty much created the entire town, and I have spent my whole time (2 months) on ECC working there. I did a deal with David, where I could pay him 175k to buy the towns off of him. Unfortunately, he needs the money immediately, so I was looking for a loan that I could give the money to David for and work for whoever I got the loan for instead.
Is it possible to get such a long term loan with low interest rates?

 

Unfortunately not, seeing as it's a fair chunk. The interest is what keeps me going without the money for so long because it generates profit, being out of pocket for a long time with less payments... I can't really do that.

Sorry about your situation, just can't really loan out such large amounts for a long-period of time.

$260,000 * 0.05 -- Initial Interest = $13,000
$260,000 * 0.02 -- Daily Interest = $5,200

20 days = $13,000 + ($5,200 * 20) = $117,000 interest.

Total: $377,000. Paying early reduces this, paying late will increase this. I do have $260,000 to loan out, but interest is expensive.
