So when I look at the sheet now for my investment I see "35k scammed, only 15k available to loan". Does this mean that my 35k was forever removed from the pool of potential investment?

The investor rules state I'll still get it all back, which is fine, and I understand that, I just want to know will that amount ever return to my account for reinvestment with loans?

 

Yes you are correct. 35k was scammed so it was indeed forever removed from the pool of potential investment. It is still guaranteed back so you need not worry about that, and you also have 15k in potential investment so you are not completely locked off. The only way that the 35k will return to your account for reinvestment with loans is if you decide to reinvest when your 2 month lock-period expires
