You may take out a loan for whatever reason, however we can refuse your loan request at our own discretion. See below.

Loans are to be paid back by the due date or before the due date, aside from special situations, paying early will not give you any discount on the interest. Interest payments are charged on all loans, these payments vary depending on the size of the loan. Clients must be at least Mayor, a donator of a substantial amount, or otherwise a well-trusted player of ECC. I reserve the right to deny any clients without reason. A late fee is added per day after the due date, until paid, these fees depend on your borrowed amount, total repayment time and other factors - We can negotiate this via PM. Please use the following format:

Please note the following usual repayment dates for loans of certain sizes:
Up to $15,000 - 5 Days
Up to $50,000 - 1 Week

Up to $500,000 - 5-7 Weeks
Up to $1,000,000 - 10+ Weeks

Secure Investment Scheme (SIS)

You may invest in the Vault of ECC itself to earn secure and risk-free money. You simply deposit X amount of ECD into an investment account, and we will loan this money out to others. You are guaranteed to receive at least 100% of your money back, so you will never lose your money. If the Vault of ECC is scammed and your loaned money is lost, then we will return 100% of your investment out of our own funds. We will payout 40% of all interest received to you as an investor, the reason we take 60% is because of the risks of scammers.

As said above, if we were scammed you are still promised 100% of your money. We have a minimum deposit amount of $50,000 and no maximum deposit amount. However, you may not withdraw your money for 2 months. During these 2 months though, you will still be paid the 40% interest whenever the Vault of ECC has a loan repaid from your investment. For example, if you invest $100,000 and it is loaned out with a repayment of $150,000 in a month. You would receive $20,000 once this is re-payed but your initial $100,000 would still be locked away for another month. Below are our proper terms:


"You may deposit a minimum of $50,000 with no maximum. If you are inactive for more than 2 months then your deposit and any pending interest payments will be forfeited. After you have payed your investment, it will be recorded and you will not be able to withdraw any of this money for at least 2 months. After this date you will be able to withdraw it, but doing so will reduce or stop any future interest payments. You agree that your money will be used to loan to other people, however you're still guaranteed at least 100% of your money back no matter the situation. Upon confirmation of your withdrawal request, there is a 7 day grace period that you must give us to collect your deposit and return it. Interest payments are based off the individual loans that we give out, if no money is loaned out then you will receive no extra interest money. You agree that we may be using other sources of funds to loan out money and you will only receive interest when your deposit is directly loaned out. Breaking any of our banking rules will result in your account being closed permanently with no return of investments. Investment funds may be used to cover any of your debt that you are currently in to the Vault of ECC if needed. Banking rules are shown below (Post 3)."

Vault of EcoCityCraft Rules (Banking Rules)
1. Directly accusing our staff of scamming is also not permitted. If you wish to dispute something, please contact me directly and we can discuss it.
2. When asked to leave any area of the bank area for whatever reason, you must do so.
3. Failure to pay your loan will incur fees. If you do not pay the loan or fees, a dispute/complaint will be filed, and you may be banned from our bank, with accounts closed.
4. If you are banned from the server while you have borrowed money, you will still have to pay the money by the due date or extra late fees will be added no matter the reason for your ban.
5. Personal investment balances may be used to repay loans if needed
6. If you loan scam and are un-banned you must still pay the late fees agreed upon. These late fees may not be enforced by staff BUT in order to become un-banned from the Vault of EcoCityCraft you must repay these late fees before getting another loan.
