Minecraft Username: Emau Brief Description: I was clearing land in my new town last night. I went AFK, stayed logged in, and went to sleep. This morning I woke up and a max'd Fortune pick and max'd Fortune shovel were missing from my inventory. I checked all my /bp's and while doing so, my pick re-appeared in my inventory. I then thought maybe it was a client side glitch, so I relogged. The shovel did not reappear. Instructions: Stay idle for many hours? How many times did you recreate this?: I did not recreate it. Result: Tools went missing. Expected Result: Tools stay in inventory. The tools could not have 'broken' due to my features. Evidence: None. The tools were not 'owned'. Note: I understand the shovel is gone. I do not expect it to be found. I am also not asking for any compensation. I am just reporting this in case anyone else had a similar issue. If it is just a one-off, then great, no harm no foul. But if it is not a one-off, then this will serve as an example.
Unless I have reproduction steps, I cannot act on "my tool vanished" reports. There are dozens, if not hundreds of player errors that can cause reports like this and unless they are happening on a very large scale, there is simply not much I can provide you with in terms of support without more detailed and specifically reproductive information.
