If you have built a Skyscraper in the city of Vancouver and are ready to get promoted to co-mayor and start selling rooms, please read these rules:

Here are the rules. You must agree to them before you get promoted.

[1] As co-mayor, you are not allowed to add/remove other owners.

[2] As co-mayor, you are not allowed to add/remove town members unless they live in your hotel.

[3] Whenever you sell a room, you must keep track of the purchase. NSPGamer will get 25% of the profit, since he gave you a huge space in his city for free, and co-mayor perms. If you get paid in nstars, you must set aside 25% of each sale. Lying about your earnings will result in removal!

[4] You are allowed to create shops in your hotel, and keep 100% of the profits.

[5] If you are inactive for more than 30 days without mailing NSPGamer, your skyscraper will be sold.

[6] You are allowed to sell your skyscraper whenever you want, for as much as you want. Good ones usually sell for $40,000 ECD. The person you sell it to will have to read these rules and agree, as they are about to be promoted to co-mayor. Do not promote the buyer, until they have agreed to these rules.
