Complaint:
He claimed to sell stone to me for 10 dollars a stack and said come to his sign where it was 16 a stack... He then said he would give me back 6 for every stack. by the time I bought a full inventory and asked for my 6 dollars back he disconnected from the server. When I scrolled up through chat for more evidence I only was able to get me purchasing the full inventory and him saying he would pay me aback 6 dollars a stack.
Evidence: The screnshots took in game but do not appear in my mc folder.... chat logs will suffice... and the trade sign that proves where i bought. Cracker was there after it happened. I tp's him there

Hello, LaBelleDame , please explain your side of the story here.

I think this user thought that I intended to scam him for the $6 difference because when he commenced taking the stone, I lagged out.
When I logged back on, the user was still there but afk and had taken 9 stacks from the sign.
So when I could not reach him ingame, I mailed him and paid him $54 for the 9 stacks even though this rebate was conditional on the purchase of two doublechests of stone.
Some time later he came out of afk accompanied by cracker (to whom I have explained the whole thing already). (While I was explaining to cracker the user left and said he had to put the stone in his chest).
Since he has now returned the $54 perhaps the user realizes that he was mistaken in his complaint. -

Ok, thank you for explaining. Obviously this whole thing was an accident, and there is no evidence to support whether it's not. Thank you for filing this complaint anyways!
