    @1Nicholas1222 thank you for filing this complaint.
    Unfortunately the mining world is a dangerous place and even though you build yourself a grinder out of a mob spawner, others can come along and use them. This certainly dances on the line of attempting to kill a user outside a pvp world, but it falls just shy of that due to not being able to prove he meant to kill you. Do you have any other proof proving this like a screenshot of him saying he was trying to kill you?

    No but he dug under and put a lever under there so I couldn't do anything

    @1Nicholas1222 since this is a mob spawner in the mining world where grief is allowed... without definitive proof that he meant to kill you, I can't rule this as an attempted kill. Again, in the mining world it is dangerous, so please be aware of your surroundings.
