Accused Username: @Zylo31Complaint: Back on January 18th, 2019, @Zylo31, had pm'd me, asking for a loan of $2mil initially. After him complaining about my bank's policies in how loans are worked out, he reluctantly abided by my rules and filled out an application. We settled on $900,000ECD being sufficient for Sportsbook. I asked and requested that the contract be expedited by mods in order for him to participate in the Sportsbook gamble. Unfortunately, I received word that @Zylo31 foolishly gambled all the money and without an ounce of care or responsibility thought he didn't have to pay it back. Following this after many attempts at reaching out, I apparently spoke to his father. He made up this elaborate story and in my gullible mind, I bought it. He made a false promise that if I gave him 6 months, he would pay me back $1,000,000ECD and would never allow his "son" onto the account. Months went by and patiently waited and continued on with my life. July came and I was angered that not a single payment was made. I sent my last message with no response. Now, after 11 months, he decides to come back and still refuses to pay on the loan he scammed me out of.Evidence: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/loan-contract.180771/ Additional Information: I had been waiting, patiently for @Zylo31 to return as to collect on debt. I was willing to even settle for just the amount that was loaned out. I feel beings he has carelessly taken my money, wasted it, lied, and made a false promise his debt. Such players have no place here. I would be willing to only give him 2 months to pay it back.

I havent played in 11 months, when I did play back then it was for maybe a month or 2 and before that I hadnt played in about 2.5 years. I dont play for any reason but to mine some stuff and maybe build a few things. I do have VIP status which I obtained some time ago to make it a bit easier to do these things but I couldnt possibly pay 16k per day. i dont think I can make that in a week for the amount of time I play. So if he wants payments then well have to work out something much less than what he wants. Also when I logged back on today all my lwc were removed and all of my chests were looted of anything of value including several enchanted tools and nstars.
@_Royal_Vulpes_ Is a more lenient payment plan acceptable? @Zylo31 What sort of payment plan can you commit to?
Well he can write off the 1mil and I could stop playing again, i mean its not a big deal. Or I could pay bit by bit. Maybe like 10k-week. maybe more once I get better tools, of if i happened to have more time. It is christmas coming up as well.
I cannot take you for your word since it is obvious @Zylo31, you did lie about having your "son" play on here and stroke me along for 5 months. Eighteen weeks for you to pay off a debt and you couldn't even do that. I will agree to a 900k payment in 2 months because if over 75% of my debtors could do it, you can too.
Well I cant so what you gonna do, im willing to pay. take some slow, take none and I quit again. Eventually it may be more as I accumulate more tools and its not christmas and kids in daycare and such. but I dont live to play minecraft, its a hobby that is fun is all. Its not a priority and its not real life.
Then you are doing nothing but being careless and trying to any excuse to get out of repaying this debt. @FuryFudge, I am sure with the previous debt you had with me, you had irl things to do as well and responsiblities, but you persevered through it. @Zylo31, you will have to cope with it beings my time is reasonable and with everyone else who has been in debt to me, you have been the one who's found it hard to pay back 900k Settlement, 0 interest, $112,500ECD weekly payments, and no late fees in 2 months. I am willing to settle for my terms and nothing less. If you knew you couldn't pay it back, why bother to have taken it out in the first place?

As for what @FuryFudge has asked of you, do you @Zylo31 think there is a reasonable payment plan you can make? You are in debt, you got yourself into this debt, and it is your responsibility. You cannot borrow from others and expect everything to work 100% how you want it to. 10k a week is absolutely nothing, and if you owe Royal $900,000 that is a 90 week payment plan. 90 weeks, about 2 full years. That is unacceptable.
As I said, im willing to pay, but i dont play much, hence the 11 month absence, and the previous 2.5 year one. So he either takes what he can get or he gets nothing. As I said. 10k per week, and more once I build up my tool bank. Hard to buy good tools for 15-20k when Im spending all the money to a loan.
Im good for the server, I donate, I play here when I can but life comes first. Children come first. Newborns come first so Its hard to pay when you have a newborn and arent playing as well as when you come back and have an intention to pay and all lwc are removed and stuff gone.
Best I can promise to do is minimum 20k per week. If he has a sign then I can do more, but once again, AFTER i get better tools.
@Zylo31 I am going to have to ask once again that we keep comments to a minimum as to not spam the complaint. It is alright to take some time to formulate a response, not everything has to be rushed and posted at once.
Since it has become clear that no agreement can be reached at this time, user Zylo31 will be receiving a ban for his failure to payback this loan.
