Not pleased about the lack of communication. This is the fourth time attempted repayment.​

 

@ClarinetPhoenix you handled the last appeal; makes sense to handle this complaint as it's just logical and spares the runaround.

 

@ClarinetPhoenix been about 36 or so hours, any updates?

 

If you can, great. But that's the same excuse I've gotten for the better part of a year and a half. If it were that bad, the loan should have not been accepted in the first place.

 

5 days and counting and still no contact... I would really like this resolved soon or a status update if something is being done. That way I can plan appropriately.
