Complaint:

This occurred today at 9:00pm EST (April 12th, 2015). A Diamond Axe Eff 5 Unb 3 was put up for auction in the auction chat for a starting bid of 7k. I bid 7k and proceeded to win the bid on the item. I teleported YourANoob to myself and transferred him $7000 in exchange for the enchanted axe he was holding in his hand. As soon as he received the money he teleported away from me and logged off the server.​

Evidence:

#1: Here you see the user putting the item up for auction.

#2: Here is my bid of 7k and his acknowledgement of the bid.

#3: The item going once and going twice.

#4: The item going the third and last time and finally the item being sold. You also see that I have sent him the teleport request and that he has accepted.

#5: Last but not least is myself transferring $7000 to YourANoob.

Additional Information:

I don't really have much to add other than the fact that this user is clearly taking advantage of people. I may not have been the first victim, but I'd like to be the last hopefully. His intent was solely to scam users out of their hard earned ECD and then to quickly vanish and log off hoping that no one would file a complaint. I hope I have provided sufficient evidence so that ECC no longer has to worry about this user stealing from our wonderful community.​

 

Yes this was just resolved. After speaking with YourANoob multiple times he realized that he had lagged and still had the axe in his inventory. I tp'ed him to me and received said axe.
