It's not in the wrong place, he just followed the complaint format rather than the ban appeal format.

Reason of Ban is the Reason for why you were banned. [You can check this by logging back into the server to see what the reason for your ban was.]

Rule Violatedis the server rule(s) that were allegedly broken with the given ban reason. The server rules can be found here, and please post the section and clause of any in question.

Please explainany rules that you allegedly broke in your own words to show that you understand what the rule means.

Reason youfeel you should be un-banned is where you explain that you understand the reason you broke the rule, and ask for another chance to return to the server, or show proof the ban was made in error. Feel free to use any type of evidence such as screenshots, or videos to aid in your points

I recommend editing/copy and pasting your appeal to match this format.
