Ok I have looked through all the evidence or lack thereof as well and what evidence shows is that Winnazzz owns the town of Demeter. Grande_Sucio stin23 Just because you say you feel you own the town does not mean that it is true. You may have played a part in helping to buy the town, but the situation is that Winnazzz owns the town and it was in his name. Original Mayors have all rights to their own towns and to do with them as they please. He was not allowed to do as he did for the other towns Helios and Atlas but has since paid TheN00BISHPanda back the 30k he was paid. It is apparent that TheN00BISHPanda still wants the third town in question that he paid for and since Winnazzz legitimately owns the town to sell as he pleases which means that TheN00BISHPanda is the current true owner of the town so I would like that stin23 and Grande_Sucio give TheN00BISHPanda the perms to the town and have themselves removed.

*added* If the three of you can work it out to have all as co-mayors this is acceptable, I just want this issue resolved.

This is my final decision based on this whole circumstance so please give TheN00BISHPanda his town. stin23 or Grande_Sucio Please respond to this thread once you have done as I have asked.

 

stin23 has filed LWC's in Helios. Also, he has been on the forums and not replied to this thread.

 

I am handling it thank you. Also Helios is his town and he is allowed to file lwc's for it. I am sure he will reply here when he has done as I have asked.

 

I have one question, because the town is right next to ours and we didnt intend to have him owning a town next to us, but Winnazz, can he build a town elsewhere based on the zoning laws?

 

As the town already exists no, zoning laws do not apply. Towns do not just get moved either ever. Please do as I have asked and post here once you have done it.

 

Ok hes added and mutually agreed to keep me and grande as co mayors and make a huge farm. Please verify this for the mods TheN00BISHPanda

Alright seeing as everyone has come to agreements on this whole situation I will be closing out this thread. In the future should there be any more issues please file another complaint.
