    A user 'starlord143' stole my heads (player heads) from my old home (it was not a plot or a town it was a underground base in rising) I put my stuff in two barrels which I forgot to lock but I have complete evidence of he accepting his grief but he didn't did anything and even warned me that if I take those heads ge would fine me 10k ecd. I would request you to give a sustainable sustainable judgement to him​
    Evidence:
    I would require 1-2 days to get the evidence from my other PC​

    Keep in mind that grief in the wild(outside a town) is legal and allowed as well as taking from unlocked chests/barrels/inventory, which by your own admittance you say you forgot to lock them, therefore it on you that your stuff got taken.

    Furthermore if you have evidence of rule-breaking, file a complaint when you have evidence, not before.
