    I'm sorry to say but if you have no evidence nothing will be done. The staff don't go by someone's word so I would suggest asking people if anyone has a screenshot as you clearly do not.

If you happen to find evidence of this, or this happens again and you get evidence, do not hesitate to file another complaint.
