Complaint:

I got him/her to put down some water I was told to give him/her the money up front so I did, I payed War Machine8 $150 but the mayor (simsballarat) wasn't on and so he/she couldn't do the job. I thanked him/her and he/she gave me a stack of ice (for some reason) and left. They did't give me my money back therefore I was scammed, and thus proving that WarMachine8 broke a rule ("Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user." and "A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion."). So I asked multiple times to give me my money back ($150) and to accept my tpa's to come and collect the stack of ice, but they refused on all occasions. one time he/she said that in chat I said that I would pay the $100 for the tpa (which was not true I said "I will pay $100 and give a tp!") but even if I had, WarMachine8 would still owe me $50 which is still money owed. I don't really care about the money ( it was only $150 it's not much) but I don't wan't this player to scam someone for a bigger amount.​

Today I came on and WarMachine8 was on so I tried to get some evidence from him/her I asked how they were twice both time's they didn't respond and then asked why they weren't answering me but they stayed quiet probably meaning that they have something to hide ( scamming me maybe) or that they have done something to me ( maybe the scam) :)
I hope that, that doesn't count as a threat or any rule braking - leon

 

ok I asked WarMachine8 three questions
1. do you remember placing water for me? he said and I quote
"I can plce water" I said I know and repeated and he said and I quote "i dont recall"
I then asked and I quote "did I pay you $150?" and he answered and I quote "i dont recall giving you a water placement" "srry"
3."I am the person that was trying to get my money back do you recall?" and after a while I said "do you remember me?" and he aswered me with and I quote "no i dont"
so I tryed to refresh his/her memory and half way through he interrupted by saying and I quote "srry im busy rn cant talk" "ok"
so WarMachine8 ether has a bad memory (seeing as it was only last night) or he/she is lying :) sorry about being a hassle over a small amount of money, just don't want it to happen again :)
