For anyone who has questions about the videos don't worry, they will be uploaded they aren't private I just post the link of the videos before they are done uploading and this is around 1/5 videos so please be patient about this.
This is pretty obvious and I'm not even joking if you look at the judged distance of those swings its just not going to happen as I've tested the distance swinging with a sword and you can't throw it that far.

#2 and #4 didn't have anything even remotely indicating hacking. #2 has 2 people fighting you. Even if reach hacks were involved, how would you know it was utopia hitting you and not the guy literally against you? as for #4, that just looks like an average fight to me, even at a speed of .25 I saw nothing out of the ordinary.
Anyway, I did some investigating with the videos. Here are my some screenies I took from your videos.
I was nice enough to put nice red lines. Each line indicates the distance of 1 block. Since I can see 3 blocks here that means it's somewhere around 3-3.5 blocks distance. Which is within the hit distance.
Another one, same as above.
Hell, this one has even less!
I don't know what you're seeing, but reach hacks isn't it. (not to mention due to the way minecraft hit detection works your hits might be oddly timed and be delayed by up to 50ms!)
If you're having trouble seeing distances, I recommend changing up your FOV settings so the distance looks more correct to you.
tl;dr: It's not reach hacks. It's FOV.-

Most of your screenshots are after they hit me, as well as I didn't say that reach hack was the only thing that I was stating that could be from the videos. I suggest watching them closely as I battle them. As well as your first screenshot shows them hitting/swinging at me from the side and landing a hit which was indeed a power attack in that video. The FOV is fine for me but when people hack, they do not use just one hack they use several most can not be seen and some are toggled while during a fight on and off if your quick enough. One previous complaint I did on someone who was using a client called the "WURST" client was not seen by staff the only way they knew he was using it was because he said in the video what he was using, not everything is so obvious at first sight. I wont elaborate to much on the subject but don't try to focus on one main hack at hand as they could be using a total different one that you are missing and its that obvious if you know what to look for and I'm sure staff know what to look for now that they've heard about it and have experienced other users with this client.
