    Complaint:
    i payed for diamonds after winning a actuion and he followed me and the seller to legacy then stole the diamonds when i went to pick them up after i payed for them. it was for 27 diamonds​
    Evidence:
    Fedin2 was the seller i itookahooka was the buyer. i have a screen shot of my payment and of fedin2 asking if i got them back. http://imgur.com/NwUb7MM, http://imgur.com/NwUb7MM, http://imgur.com/46K0GOq the first is my payment, sec. is fedin2 asking if i got them back, and the third is my invetory with out my diamonds i just bought.​
    Additional Information:
    i really like this server i have paid over 100 dollars so far in donations but what is the since of mods being in game if they cant just handle a situation like this.

    Due to the fact that the items were dropped on the ground, and that TM_ibeast was not involved in the agreement, we cannot enforce the items be returned. In the future, please remember to use a chest and the /cmodify command to ensure the utmost safety OR a trade sign to complete your transaction.
