    paid for him to outline town walls for $5000.00. he threaten my 12 yr old son for more money $2000.00 and than stole ever thing that was valuable from all chest. this person took advantage that im out in the wild unprotected SAYING " I wont get ban", " u are not protected"........
    He was paid by me to do a job, outline for a town 200x200 so i can be protected. The money and other things i can replace what has me upset is this guy threatening my little boy! I love games and have pass this to my son, ie why we play Ecocity. If this behavior, threating to take advantage of younger players is in your rules, we can and will find some other game to play.    ​

    none but word of mouth and empty chest.....lol. should of look at the name more closer.​

    I am sorry that you and your son had to experience this, however unfortunately without evidence we are unable to take any action. In future, I strongly recommend that you take screenshots which can support a complaint.

    I can ensure you that threatening other users and harassing them is strictly prohibited by our rules, but without evidence we are unable to issue warnings (or taken stronger action). If this happens again in game, in addition to taking screenshots, please feel free to contact a member of staff who is online as they will be able to assist you or your son.

    Regarding the items from the chest, taking items from an unlocked chest is not against our rules. You are able to use '/lock' to lock chests and then '/cmodify playername' so that other players, such as your son, can access the chest too.
