Complaint:

Failure to repay a loan. On August 10th, I loaned @ThatKidArshi 50k ECD as evidenced in my first screenshot. The agreement was the repayment of 70k ECD on August 24th; on the due date, @ThatKidArshi messaged me saying that he didn't have the money- we agreed to an extension with a 2.5k/day late fee, up to September 2nd (as in screenshot #2). This amounted to 90k

However, despite giving an extra allotment of time, not a cent of the loan money has been repaid. I have had a sign up (and provided the co-ordinates to him) for several days now, and it is apparent that there is no intention of repayment.

Unfortunately, I am asking for ThatKidArshi to be banned on these grounds lest a payment is made or an attempt from him to contact me and explain his situation occurs.

Additional Information:

Arshi was quite reluctant in accepting the initial late fees; I'd be happy to work on a smaller payment plan or another solution, as long as I get my money.​

 

Not meaning to rush anyone or bump unnecessarily, but it has been almost a full 24 hours.
