    Abuse of nick name donation feature​

    In my previous complaint this was not addressed at all so I am filing a complaint for the sole purpose of this issue.

    Please view in the pictures in my complaint that as soon as Tdoggtl received payment (while using his nick name feature) he logs off so I can't do /run on him to prove I sent payment to him. Then you can see from the screen shots that he refuses to acknowledge payment.

    I don't really know why this keeps getting ignored in my complaints and please for give me if I'm out of line in filing this complaint, but I believe that a user who uses his features for scamming shouldn't be allowed to keep them.

    This user has been harassing me for over a month on forums ontop of scamming me which he has been banned for and I'm filing this complaint in the hopes either his feature will be removed or he will be banned again.

    I don't care about the money he ows me I'd rather have him banned so his presence doesn't infect the Eco city craft supposedly safe and friendly environment with his presence.    ​

    I believe this is sort of a pointless complaint. The so called "abuse" of the nick name feature wasn't relevant in the last complaints as I believe that unless you make spammy or offensive names, changing your name in a pm discussion on ecc doesn't seem to break any rules I have looked at on the wiki. Which is the reason it wasn't addressed. So thats why, after 3 failed attempts, think that this complaint is pointless, repetitive and slightly trolly.

    Perhaps I should have specifically addressed this when handling your initial complaint however I think it goes without saying that abusing this is very severe and if @TdoggTL does such a thing again will be at a severe risk of losing this feature.
