After reviewing the given evidence, & investigating it appears that this is the first time the user has had an incident like this. As well as the user showing somewhat remorse for his words within the screenshots.

Therefore, I will be issuing them a stern warning, as we do not tolerate things like this on EcoCityCraft. If you have felt threatened or unsafe, I urge you to use the /ignore feature to prevent possible flame between you again.
