I have never posted on a complaint before, but feel this is relevant and will go back to lurking after posting it.
I do not think that "duping" is the right term here. This has been a vanilla minecraft mechanic for as long as I can remember. I do this myself when I am bored in extreme hills sometimes. I can't speak to the non-pvp killing, but the breeding of silverfish isn't an exploit as far as I understand it. I would caution an staff to assume that this is a glitch or exploit or anything illegal.

 

Alright, after doing quite a bit of investigating, as well as discussing this with other staff, we have decided the following.

The actions of @StanleyMines were deemed to have been, while seemingly not committed with malicious intentions, quite irresponsible.

From the very start care was not put into the actions, as when teleporting players you must make absolutely certain any risks involved with the location where you are teleporting them to. This includes anything such as water, lava, hostile mobs, cliffs, PvP, and yet more. Failure to provide this warning constitutes abuse of the Teleport feature, which is a bannable offense. This will not be tolerated, so always make sure players are aware of the risks.

Then we go to the situation of the mobs themselves. Stanleymines states:

The fact of this situation is that you should not have to be told to stop. You should not be putting other players in harms way. These actions are unacceptable and will not be allowed in the future. While no bug was exploited by @StanleyMines, the nature of these creatures means they can multiply and cause large problems very quickly.

This is your warning regarding these issues. I sincerely hope you learn from your mistakes and this is not an issue again, or the consequences will be more severe than just a warning.
