    Additional Information:
    The user hasn't been on at all since i originally paid him,
    He said that he would be using the $40,000 loan to finish the rest of the building in his town, so he still might have the money on him,
    So hopefully we can get in contact with him before he is banned and his bal eventually gets wiped due to inactivity.

    @spentza, can you please explain why the money has not been paid by the specified date, or even better provide proof of payment.
