After speaking with the Server Admins, we've come to one conclusion, and that is that this complaint does have sufficient evidence for further action. @ShanePvE applied, received, and used the money for what he applied for. By doing so, @ShanePvE is clearly accepting the terms of the 100k sports book loan bet and therefore, he must follow through with the rules and conditions that are indicated in the forum thread. While although an in-game contract or forum contract are preferred, this is sufficient evidence, therefore, appropriate action will be taken.

@ShanePvE, please explain your side, why has this not been paid?
