Hello,

I am the owner and mayor of 'Lurxburg' and would like to state my opinion on this matter.
The user @Scarff is allowed to build, advertise and arrange deals for selling houses and plots in our town. I am very grateful for him to do so; he gets additional potential residents into our town when I am not online.
Scarff usually tells potential buyers that I, as the owner of Lurxburg, need to seal the deal, do the permissions stuff and am the only one besides my co-mayors @Wishfulturtle, @Master_Spoon and @Buddhahood who is able to add new residents to the town considering they accept our town rules.

I personally think that you misunderstood the situation you stated above. The buyer of the plot @futtebibsen saw @Scarff advertising houses in trade chat and came to our town. There he had a look at the house and saw the sign that says "FOR SALE. $1000 or 2 Nstars". That's usually how the sell signs at our available plots and prebuilt houses look like so he gave @Scarff the 2 Nstars thinking that he could buy this house. Scarff then told him that he can't sell plots and that they need to wait for me to come online.
When I came online I got greeted by futtebibsen at our town warp and he showed me the house he wanted to buy. I asked him how he made the money and he told me that Scarff advised him to sell the Nstars and wait for me to come online. Futtebibsen then bought the house using ingame money, not Nstars.
I am able to show evidence of futtebibsen buying the house for $1000 and adding him to the town after he accepted our town rules. He now owns a nice prebuilt house and is a happy resident of our town.

@MadMonster_ showed me this thread and we had a nice conversation about the process of æScarff advertising plots and prebuilt houses in Lurxburg. He said it's ok and I offered to put up signs at available plots that explicitly state that residents of our town are able to advertise plots and the town, but I and the other town owners are the only ones able to add anyone to the town and sell plots.
