Complaint:

Rodsome21 was evicted from my town not long ago. He them came back and stole from unlocked chests so I banned him from the town, seen in the screenshots. Then he came back and I told him to leave again and he did so I didn't file a complaint. Now he's bothering other residents of the town and won't leave them alone.​
