    The user had scammed me 85k, and is currently banned, however, I am/was no longer listed as an Owner in the town that I was meant to receive as Co-lateral as stated in the contract.​

    This user has not attempted a ban-appeal, and has been banned since January 2014 and I was in hopes that I could be re added to the town as the owner.​

As this user is already banned, this would be the most appropriate method to go about trying to gain rights over the town. If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.
